MySerenify is being built as an AI-driven emotional wellness platform with scalable subscription revenue, and personalized user experiences, positioning the company to capture value within the rapidly growing digital mental health market; based on typical SaaS and wellness tech acquisition multiples ranging from 3x to 10x ARR, reaching $3M–$8M in annual recurring revenue could support a potential valuation in the $15M–$80M range, while successful expansion through AI personalization, creator marketplaces, and B2B distribution could realistically position MySerenify as a strategic acquisition target exceeding $100M for larger health tech, productivity, or digital wellbeing platforms seeking deeper user engagement and retention infrastructure. MySerenify’s international growth strategy is based on deploying dedicated Country Managers to accelerate localized market penetration across multiple regions. Each Country Manager operates as a regional growth node responsible for partnerships, distribution, and cultural adaptation, with a target performance range of $300K–$1M ARR per market within 18–24 months. By expanding into 5+ priority markets (such as North America, Latin America, Western Europe, and selected high-growth regions), the platform could realistically generate $1.5M–$5M+ ARR from distributed geographic revenue streams alone. Current State of MySerenify
We aren't starting from scratch. We’ve spent the last two years building the foundation so that the incoming CEO can focus entirely on growth, not troubleshooting.
Two years of R&D are complete. This isn't a "beta", it’s a fully polished ecosystem across iOS, Android, and Web.
We are already indexed and ranking in 10+ languages. The "international" work is done; we just need to turn the key in those markets.
We’ve built a Creator Marketplace that allows us to scale personalized content infinitely without the massive overhead of a traditional studio.
You’ll inherit an established, high-velocity dev team in LATAM (2–4 engineers). They are fast, cost-effective, and already know the codebase inside and out.
The deal
Up to 17% co-founder equity (2-year cliff, 5-year vesting)
Annual performance based (user growth + retention + revenue trajectory + Country Operator performance + weekly reporting discipline).
Cash compensation by company maturity stage only: Mature Stage (sustained profitability) → local market salary level, even at $500k AUM, salary budget cannot exceed marketing or product development spend. You must be able to self-fund your life until the company reaches sustained profitability, just like the other founders.
What the role actually is
You become the single point of operational accountability.
You recruit, onboard, measure and (when necessary) replace Country Operators.
You run weekly syncs + enforce KPIs.
You own global metrics.
You deliver mandatory weekly executive reports — every single week.
Profile
Previous experience as founder, CEO, COO or senior operator who has scaled real traction in a consumer or tech product
Demonstrated ability to create structure and drive results in high-ambiguity environments
Strong comfort with zero cash compensation until the company reaches sustained profitability
International mindset and multi-market experience strongly preferred
Genuine alignment with emotional wellness and mental health outcomes
