What counts as verified MRR?
A Stripe screenshot of monthly recurring revenue that we check by hand before publishing. Verified listings get a badge. We show MRR as a range, not the exact figure. Pre-revenue products can list too.
Who pays?
Builders pay $79 once per listing to open applications. Listing, browsing and applying are free. Partners never pay for the board.
What is Full Access?
A one-time $49 purchase that opens contact details on every profile under People and removes the message limit for one year. Renew any time in the last 30 days. It is separate from the board unlock.
Is IndieMerger an escrow or arbiter?
No. We verify revenue, standardize deal terms and connect you. Payments, agreements and disputes are between you and your partner. Use the free agreement generator for the paperwork.
What happens after I apply?
The builder sees your channel, audience size and a masked preview. When they unlock applications you get an email and can chat on IndieMerger. If nothing happens in 14 days we tell you; after 30 days the listing is archived.
