We're working on a (web3 oriented) networking platform, trying to get things going but I need some help on the development side.

The current active team members are all working for tokens which will get value once we have launched the platform; this will also be the moment of payouts.'
Our stack is rust and react/nextjs.
Last year we've also bought an exchange which is like 80-90% finished (in python; we need to add more smart contract blockchains to enable listing of all the tokens out there).
