I am looking for an experienced, commercially driven Sales Director to lead revenue growth for Datanomous — a niche AI execution consultancy focused on solving high-impact operational problems across supply chain, e-commerce, field operations, and energy.
Datanomous does not sell generic AI projects. We target measurable operational pain — missed service levels, costly execution errors, and coordination overload — and deploy focused AI pilots that deliver ROI within 90–120 days. Our model combines a free core solution with high-ticket paid enhancements and expansion opportunities.
I am seeking a Sales Director who can:
- Define and execute a focused enterprise sales strategy
- Open doors with COO-level and Operations leaders
- Close mid-to-high five-figure B2B deals
- Shape positioning and pricing based on market feedback
- Build and manage pipeline from outbound and partnerships
- Help refine our go-to-market motion for scale
This is not a transactional SaaS role. It requires experience selling complex, solution-based offerings where ROI, operational performance, and executive trust are central to the conversation.
Ideal Profile:
- 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales
- Experience selling consulting, technology services, or operational solutions
- Proven track record closing high-value deals
- Strong network in one or more of our focus industries like supply chain, e-commerce, retail, aviation, energy, utilities, ...
- Comfortable working in an early-stage, founder-led environment
- Commercially disciplined and performance-driven
